NEW - Would you like a Video of your Art?

I've been looking into different techniques to sell art and found that video is the fantastic way to promote and sell your art.

Why? - well what caught your eye on this page? The video with images and music, of course... what an magnetic combination! People looking to buy art will also find their attention going firstly to the interesting moving images with music.

Where can I use my video? - anywhere on the internet....and this includes on your own web site, on Facebook, on You Tube, on Artdomain, and you can post the link to the video anywhere i.e. on forums, as a signature line on forums, as an email signature....etc

Why would I want to do that? - well you want as many people to find your work as possible don't you? The more people who know about your art the greater the chance that someone will decide that your art work, out of all the millions of art 'out there', is the one that the buyer will part their cash for.

How will people find my video? - this is the beauty of video - there are loads of places to post your video that will give you the advantage over other artists, making your art stand out from the crowd. For example if you use Facebook to promote your art, then if you have a video of your art work you can post it on any group that you join. Most artists only post pictures of their art so your work will stand out and stay more visible for longer. You can also post your video on You Tube, your blog, My Space, embed it in your Ebay listings, and also link to your video anywhere people hang out i.e. forums, other online galleries.

The best bit is we can help you if you get stuck trying to post your video.

What do I actually get? - you get a video especially made for your art with music to compliment, room environments with your art featured (don't worry - we have lots of beautiful rooms to digitally add your art to). You also get an intro slide and ending slide with text detailing where the viewer can get more info i.e. your web site or your Artdomain pages or email contact. The video is emailed to you as a Windows Media File. It is Not sent as a physical DVD in the post. The Windows Media File is yours to keep forever! Also you get the video hosted on Artdomain for 1 year, which means you have a web link where your video can be easily viewed. And, if you exhibit with Artdomain, you can have your video on your web pages at Artdomain. See Rose Karin Smith's work for an example.

How much does it cost? - £40 to non Artdomain artists OR £30 to existing Artdomain artists OR £60 if a new artist wants to have a gallery on Artdomain + have a video.
