Christopher Morgan

I am artist that lives and works in the West Midlands. I graduated with an a BA(Hons) Degree from Wolverhampton University in 1993.

My paintings come from the urban environment I have been around all my life. As an artist I am drawn to the personal in this often impersonal environment - the scratched mark, initials in chalk or paint, the handpainted signs, the crudely rendered wall...

My paintings result from spontaneous action. I have no plan or preconceived idea of the images or composition I want to create.
