I stand before a blank surface canvas, board or wall and start to draw. A lot of the time I don't have a plan or any preconceived idea. Sometimes I will draw from a series of sketches. Once I start I will work until it is finished.

I love bright colours and can be inspired by what I think makes people tick. I am inspired by the beautiful countryside I live in with the rounded shape of the hills and the ever changing sky and light. I am inspired by music - contemporary genres like hip hop and rap rock and pop. I am never without my ipod and itunes and the only time I am not listening to music is when I am asleep.
